Literally the craziest poem I have ever read by Mr. TS Eliot. I must have been lucky the first time around to not have read it. Eliot was one who liked to keep his readers guessing and confused. I'll have to do some research to see what he thought of his writings in the Waste Land. Check it out here...Courtesy of Dr. H It's okay to borrow sometimes

Hi,

I have to agree that "The Waste Land" seems a little crazy to me too. There is much in it though. It's just so open to interpretation. But each time I read the poem it leaves me feeling a little bit different--sometimes downright sad, sometimes melancholy, sometimes exhausted.
