Literally the craziest poem I have ever read by Mr. TS Eliot. I must have been lucky the first time around to not have read it. Eliot was one who liked to keep his readers guessing and confused. Hi,
I have to agree that "The Waste Land" seems a little crazy to me too. There is much in it though. It's just so open to interpretation. But each time I read the poem it leaves me feeling a little bit different--sometimes downright sad, sometimes melancholy, sometimes exhausted.
