Now I'm going to go off on a rampage about the recent press that little old Purcell has gotten lately. More importantly, Blogs. I as you can read, keep a Blog and attempt to write in it alot. Do I write depressing stuff? Yes. Do I write philosophical stuff? Yes. Do I write stupid moronic don't read me stuff about people around me? Yes. Does this make me want to kill people? NO. So anyways, two recent killers have both kept Blogs. I'm going to admit I actually read both of them last week. The comments will make you scream. Didn't know so many people cared to curse and threaten someone who will never read their blogs again because they are in jail. And most importantly, that blog will be evidence that the FBI will read. So why are some people posting porn and other illegal activities on it is beyond me. But anyway back to my point. Are we making these people infamous? Are we just giving them the attention they wanted all along? I will say yes to both questions. I will not apologize for posting on Blogs, websites, and myspace.com. I will not apologize for putting my twosense for the whole world to see versus the few people I come in contact with daily. And for the shrinks out there who want to analyze blogs and their connection to those who went off the deep end and killed people, I say what are you doing? Posting on the internet just like me. Lets just get past the over analyzing. Not all people who post online are lonely. Some of us realize this is no different than the diary I used to have as a kid. Tell me something, when was the last time we actually took out a pad and pen and wrote on paper? Most of us do our work on computers and are quite proficient typers. So doesn't it only seem natural that we would continue this pattern for our personal thoughts? Boy and I didn't even need a degree in psychology to come up with that conclusion. That's just my opinion so take what you want and leave the rest

Well I'll have to keep my blog up anyway. This summer I'm taking another online class that will require a blog. That's why I started this in the first place. I'd never heard of a blog until I took my English class last fall. Besides if you really want stuff to stay private, all you have to do is save it as a draft. I've got several days that I've saved as a draft. My private thoughts that only I will see.
