They say love is blind, and I must confess I always thought that was just a load of crap until today. So the relationship thing is going okay and then it hits me, this guy must really love me to put up with my bad habits. Yes I'm a slob at times because I go through moods of just not wanting to do house work. So ofcourse when he's here I always try to do a good once over on the house but this weekend I just didn't have the time. Yes my lovely professors all decided to give me papers and exams to do right after spring break so I really won't have a spring break. Gee Thanks. But he came all the way from Mississippi to see me and my house looks like a tornado ran through it. But like the love he is, he cleaned up while I did my paper. Now I understand what they mean when they say love is blind. He sure has to be to live with my faults.
So now I'm planning what I'm going to do with the 2 days I'll get off work for Spring break. It's funny because the rest of the building will be gone. It will only be two of us because we are so new that we can't take vacation time. I'm waiting to see what it will be like to have a whole building to myself, I don't think I've ever had a whole building be empty before. I think I'm going to bring my little guy to work with me on Wednesday so we can leave without going back home. Yep I'm going to Sea World for spring break. It's going to be my little vacation from the last year of craziness I've been through. I drove to Florida 3 years ago to Panama City and 2 years ago I went to Las Vegas, but I don't remember doing anything last year. So this year it's about family. I've never wanted to go to California but I really don't feel the urge to go to Florida either. San Diego should be a nice change. I'm just praying that I don't have to drive through any bad fires to get there.
