Okay so today I pretty much put my foot down and decided to take a credit for the repairs that aren't done. At this point, I don't really want to go through another inspection only to find nothing done. The duck tape in the attic was the last straw. So I'm just going to enjoy Turkey Day and just wait it out. At this point, I don't even think I care if they want to sell their house or not, I just don't want to be out any more money. I'd much rather get another house than pay more into this one. So we'll see. Hopefully by Monday I'll have better news.
