Okay, so the house thing is really getting on my last nerve. Well not so much the house, but the sellers. It is true, be careful if they get to you in the beginning, because they won't get any better. I had my follow-up yesterday with the inspector. He charges a good $90 bucks by the hour. The sellers told me they fixed everything on the list, well they lied. Would have been good and honest if they would have just told me they didn't fix anything. The fence is not new, but just one section is. This does not excuse the falling down sections that we put in the contract specifically stating "New fence" was to be put up in the place of the old fence. Facet still drips in the front, this will ofcourse cause the pipes to freeze if it is not fixed? Hello, what moron wouldn't notice you didn't fix the obvious things. But I guess they really thought my inspector would miss the obvious and the not so obvious that he told me in the original inspection needed to be fixed. But anyways, that's my dilemma at this point. I'm ready to tell them were they can stick their house and contract.
